Things that I need to reflect on more, and (more importantly) do something about:
I need purpose; a project. I think I’d feel most happy if I had short- and long-term goals/projects for each of these categories: physical, spiritual, creative, and financial.
Let go of sunk cost fallacy. Investing in any of these goals, even if you’re scared or unsure if they will lead to anything, is worthwhile as long as you give yourself over to it and enjoy the process.
You probably lose around 2 hours a day to meaningless content consumption. That time can be used better elsewhere, even if what you’re trying to do is rest - there are better ways to rest.
Don’t bring your phone to bed.
